The mystery of talent and success is much more enticing to our culture than the reality of hard work. 

We all want to know the secret. 

But very few of us want to admit that the secret to greatness is incredible consistency. It might look like falling in love with boredom. It might look like trusting the process until you forget there’s a process, and it’s just your everyday life.

Greatness is doable. 

We just have to be willing to do it.
