Chop Through The Thicket

In every creative endeavor, you must chop through the thicket.

Be reckless and swift at first, clearing the brush of your banalities. Work too slow, and you may become discouraged, and never find it.

Then, be more precise, pulling the weeds of your insecurities. Work too carelessly, and you may destroy it along with everything else.

In the end, the delicate flower, which is your voice, will stand alone, with nothing in its way, and nothing to choke it.
